These Terms govern the relationship between Mamba Digital S.r.l. ("Mamba") and any individual or entity ("Client") purchasing services via mamba-seoagency.com. By completing a purchase, you confirm you have read and accepted these Terms.
Mamba provides digital marketing and SEO services including Search Domination, Paid Media Campaigns, Content Engine, Social Growth, Performance Analytics, and Email & Automation. All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are produced or shipped. Scope is confirmed in writing after onboarding before work begins.
All prices are in EUR. Payments processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. One-time projects: 50% on commencement, 50% on delivery. Monthly retainers: invoiced monthly on the same date. Italian businesses with a P.IVA must contact us before purchase for correct IVA invoicing.
Mamba does not guarantee specific search rankings, ROAS levels, follower counts, or conversion rates. Digital channel performance depends on third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) outside our control. We guarantee the quality and volume of work delivered and report results honestly every month.
The Client agrees to provide accurate information at checkout and onboarding; grant required platform access (GA4, Search Console, ad accounts) within 5 business days; respond to deliverables within 7 business days; and not engage conflicting services from competing agencies without informing us.
Deliverables (reports, content, strategy documents, creative assets where included) are licensed to the Client upon full payment. Mamba retains the right to reference the engagement in its portfolio unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. Mamba will not disclose client data, analytics, or strategy to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Retainers may be terminated by either party after the 3-month minimum with 30 days written notice to ciao@mamba-seoagency.com. One-time projects are complete on final delivery. Refund terms on termination are governed by our Refund Policy.
Mamba's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Mamba is not liable for indirect losses, revenue loss, or ranking changes caused by algorithm updates.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Potenza, Italy, unless the Client is an EU consumer, in which case they may also bring proceedings in their local courts.
